​As the Governments position in fighting Covid-19 and the country is now in a state of lockdown, we have considered our position in relation to process serving and field visits (a high risk activity which may spread infection) at this time​.

​We remain open at present and are still administering instructions that are ongoing. We are contactable by phone on 0161 962 9988 and by email info@eclipselegalservices.co.uk with any queries or instructions. We will continue to update you frequently following actions taking place on your file.

We are continuing to accept instructions (preferably by email) which will all be dealt with in the usual way providing further lockdown restrictions have not been put in place by the Government. We remain committed to continuing to provide our usual service levels however this may change in the coming days with further restrictions being put in place and we will inform you should things change.

Priority will be given to instructions with imminent court hearing dates.

Our process servers and field agents continue to work whilst adhering to Government guidelines and keeping themselves and others safe.

YOU CAN CONTINUE TO INSTRUCT STANDARD MATTERS AS NORMAL WHICH WE WILL ADVISE AGENTS TO ATTEND WHILST FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES
