We will attend at the repossession address with a bailiff if required and act on your behalf. We will arrange for a plumber to attend to drain down the hot and cold water systems and readings will be taken of all utilities. We will then furnish you with a full photographic inventory of anything remaining at the address along with a complete report on the internal and external condition of the property.
